Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a membership and/or accessing the facility, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership
Membership provides 24/7 access to the gym facilities. Membership is non-transferable, and access credentials (including key fob, app, or PIN) must not be shared with any other person.
2. Age Requirements
Members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym.
Any individual under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while using the facility.
The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the safety, conduct, and supervision of the minor.
3. Unmanned Access
The gym operates on an unmanned basis during certain hours. During these times:
You use the facility entirely at your own risk.
No staff supervision, instruction, or assistance is available.
You are responsible for your own safety at all times.
In the event of an emergency, you must contact emergency services directly.
4. Access Control & Security
Access is controlled via secure entry systems.
Tailgating (allowing others to enter without authorisation) is strictly prohibited.
Sharing access credentials will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
CCTV is in operation for safety and security purposes.
5. Health & Safety
By using the gym, you confirm that:
You are physically capable of exercising safely without supervision.
You will use all equipment correctly and responsibly.
You will not attempt exercises beyond your capability or knowledge.
You will not use the facility under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
You are strongly advised to:
Inform someone when attending during unmanned hours.
Carry a mobile phone at all times.
6. Emergency Procedures
You agree to familiarise yourself with:
Fire exits and evacuation routes
First aid equipment locations
Emergency contact procedures displayed in the gym
In an emergency, you must leave the premises immediately and contact emergency services.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The gym is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during use of the facility, except where caused by negligence.
You accept full responsibility for your actions and acknowledge the increased risks of unsupervised training.
8. Payments
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Fees may be amended with reasonable notice.
9. Cancellation & Termination
Membership may be cancelled in accordance with the gym’s cancellation policy.
Breach of these Terms, including sharing access credentials, will result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Use of Facilities
You agree to:
Use equipment responsibly and return it after use
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Behave respectfully and safely at all times
Not bring non-members into the facility
11. Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. The gym accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
12. CCTV & Data Protection
CCTV operates within the facility for safety and security.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
13. Membership Freezing
Memberships may be frozen in accordance with the gym’s current policy and may be subject to fees and minimum/maximum periods.
14. Changes to Terms
The gym reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Agreement
By proceeding with membership and accessing the facility, you confirm that:
You understand and accept the risks of unsupervised training
You agree to comply with all rules and conditions outlined above
You accept full responsibility for your use of the facility
